Main parts of small tube laser cutting machine
Control System
The control system features a user-friendly interface for operators to monitor and control the cutting process. This interface may include a touchscreen panel or software interface on a connected computer. Operators can set cutting parameters, start/stop the machine, and monitor cutting progress through this interface.
Pneumatic Chuck
Special tooling devices commonly used in machining and manufacturing processes, particularly in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining centers and lathes. The clamping force is large and constant and can clamp heavy pipes stably. Pneumatic chucks are 3 times faster than electric chucks.
