1) This tube laser cutting machine adopts industrial heavy duty steel structure and high-temperature heat treatment to ensure long-term running without deformation.
2) The machine adopts NC pentahedron machining, milling, boring, tapping and other machining processes to improve precision and stability.
3) Configure with high precision Taiwan Hiwin liner rail for all axis, running smoothly, wear-resistant and dust-proof, and equipped with automatic oil lubrication.
4) XY axis is configured with the original grinding type gear rack (Taiwan YYC ) and the Z axis adopts ball screw transmission, which can guarantee whole machine accuracy.
5) Adopts 3D tube nesting software, it supports parts drawing, modification, full type compensation, strategic nesting, and report generation.
6) Professional double pneumatic chuck, material diameter 10-360mm.
