Machine Introduction
The large format fiber laser cutting machine adopts a segmented bed, which can meet the requirements of large-format one-time cutting and it’s easy to transport. The laser power is optional from 6KW to 60KW. Cutting size can be customized.
1. High load-bearing capacity
The floor-rail lathe has a high table load-bearing capacity, which allows it to handle larger and heavier workpieces. This feature gives the floor-rail lathe an unparalleled advantage when processing thick and large plates.
2. Small thermal impact
The heat generated when cutting thick plates is very large, but because the guide rail lathe is a split design, its degree of thermal impact is bound to be higher than that of other types of lathes, which are smaller in size. This not only improves cutting accuracy but also extends the machine’s life.
3. High safety
The floor rail-type lathe does not support cutting while blanking. Both boards need to be cut before the next step of blanking and cutting can be carried out. This design avoids the safety risks and accuracy concerns that may arise when uncutting subsequent boards while the previous board is being processed.

Dual Dust Removal System for Smoke-Free Workshops
The partition dust removal system can automatically locate the cutting position to enable zoned smoke extraction. Additionally, a large-diameter evacuation device is installed on the side to enhance ventilation and ensure smoother smoke exhaust during operation.
Fire resistant brick
As a nonmetallic resource mineral, graphite has the characteristics of good thermal conductivity and thermal stability. The melting point is above 3650℃. It is placed on the hopper of the cutting platform to prevent the high power laser from damaging the cutting platform.
Automatic Focus Cutting Head
The lightweight design improves the acceleration of the machine tool; it cancels the traditional air cooling of the nozzle (no need for an air compressor), and uses the smooth high-speed airflow design, lens optical shaping and domestic advanced nozzle water-cooling structure to significantly improve the efficiency of cutting steel plates. 3.75mm – 6mm Blade
