Press brake manufacturing process
1. The plates are cut by a flame-cutting machine, polished and then painted with anti-rust paint.
2. After the materials are delivered to the welding workshop, workers will weld and process them into a frame.
3. The frame is transported to a floor-standing boring and milling machine for complete machine processing to ensure that the overall accuracy of the frame is within 0.02mm.
4. The machine frame after processing is transported to the assembly workshop for assembly.
5. After assembly, the secondary overall processing is completed to eliminate accumulated errors and ensure the accuracy of the complete machine.
6. Paint after assembly is completed (a total of 4 coats of paint are anti-rust paint, primer, surface paint, and finished paint)
7. Assembly of other machine tool parts.
8. Equipment debugging, 48 hours of testing, and the inspector can leave the factory after passing the signature.

Quick Clamp
The quick clamp is used to firmly secure the metal sheet or workpiece in place on the press brake’s bed or lower die, ensuring accurate and precise bending.
Throat Deformation Compensation Device
Minimizes deformation in the throat area of the press brake during heavy bending operations. By compensating for this deformation, the device helps maintain consistent bending accuracy over the entire length of the workpiece.
Mobile Front Pallet
To support the workpiece during the bending process, it is usually equipped with functions such as adjustable height, tilt and angle to adapt to different workpiece sizes and bending requirements. After bending, the finished workpiece can be safely removed from the pallet for further processing.
Electric Motor
The electric motor in a press brake machine serves as a vital component responsible for driving the mechanical or hydraulic systems that perform the bending of metal sheets. The direction of rotation of the motor must be in the direction marked.
Grating Ruler
The grating ruler is used to feedback the real-time position of the Y-axis. The deformation is measured accurately and compensated by feedback.
Electrical Cabinet
The electrical cabinet of the bending machine acts as a central hub, containing the main power switch and control circuit, which provides the power supply of the machine tool and control signals for all movements of the machine tool.
